He has been part of the St. Constantine Hospital team since its opening in 2011. He completed his professional training in 3 renowned centers in Europe: IRCAD-EITS Strasbourg in 2003 and 2004 in laparoscopic surgery, Hopital Paul-Brousse Villejuif-Université Paris-Sud and Hopitaux Universitaires de Geneve, as superspecializations in multi-organ transplantation and hepato-bilio-pancreatic surgery, graduate of the European University Diploma in Hepato-Biliary Surgery of the University of Paris XI in the academic year 2009-2010.

The years spent in the Multi Organ Transplantation Center and in the Department of Visceral Surgery of the Geneva Hospital, as a fellow (intensive superspecialization) in multiorgan transplantation and hepato-bilio-pancreatic surgery, allowed him to accumulate the necessary knowledge to implement the most modern methods of diagnosis and treatment at the St. Constantin Hospital in Brașov. Currently, he is the head of the general surgery department of the Saint Constantin Hospital, respectively the Coordinator of the Renal Transplant Center „Professor Gilles Mentha”. He has also introduced the  bariatric surgery in Brașov in June 2011 – the Brașov Bariatric Center counting today over 900 interventions without complications.
